Every step is carefully executed to ensure the highest quality results
First we clean the surface of all dirt and debris. This includes using wire brushes, power blowers and power sweepers to remove all debris and vegetation growth from the perimeter and surface of the driveway.
Next, major cracks are sealed with commercial grade hot rubber crack sealer or cold rubber solution. This prevents water from penetrating the asphalt and stops premature degradation from occurring.
The perimeters of the driveway are masked with tape to ensure a clean finish with absolutely no mess! If there is any mess, it is cleaned and the driveway sealing is free of charge.
The commercial grade bitumen asphalt sealer is applied in a uniform, overlap method to ensure an even and adequate coating. Once the sealant cures, it will be an even coating appearing like newly paved asphalt.
Once the sealing is completed, caution tape is placed at the end of the driveway to ensure that no vehicle interferes with the 24-36 hour curing process.
